On Thursday 15 October 2026, His Majesty King Charles III and Her Majesty Queen Camilla attended the ceremonial opening of the Seventh Senedd in Cardiff Bay.

The occasion marked an important moment for the Welsh Parliament, bringing together Members of the Senedd for the formal opening ceremony.
